Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Sovrin profiles, photos, posts, comments, messages, video calls, links, uploads, AI-feature inputs and outputs, and off-platform conduct materially connected to Sovrin. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring your content and conduct are lawful where you and the recipient are located.

A violation of this Policy is a violation of the Terms of Service. Consensual adult conversation does not excuse exploitation, prohibited commerce, non-consensual content, illegal conduct, or violations of payment-provider and app-store rules.

2. Respect, consent, and authentic identity

• Be truthful about your age, identity, relationship intent, location, photos, and material profile information. Do not impersonate, catfish, fabricate endorsements, or deceptively present synthetic media as a real person.
• Respect rejection, consent, privacy settings, blocks, and requests to stop contact. Do not stalk, repeatedly contact, pressure, manipulate, coerce, threaten, harass, bully, dox, or encourage self-harm or violence.
• Do not record or distribute private communications, calls, personal information, or intimate material without every legally required permission.

3. Sexual commerce and objectionable content

• No prostitution, escorting, compensated dating, sugar dating, mail-order-bride activity, trafficking, sexual services, fetish services, or exchanging dates, affection, companionship, sexual acts, housing, travel, gifts, or relationships for anything of value.
• No charging per message, paying someone to reply, premium-rate routing, selling access to a person, or monetization that rewards sexual, deceptive, exploitative, or objectionable interactions.
• No pornography, sexually explicit live chat, nudity intended for sexual gratification, non-consensual sexual content, intimate-image abuse, sexual deepfakes, sextortion, or solicitation.

4. Children and exploitation

• No person under 18 may create or use an account, appear as a dating participant, or be targeted through Sovrin.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, age misrepresentation, trafficking, exploitation, and attempts to arrange sexual or romantic contact with a minor are strictly prohibited and may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Fraud, payments, and commercial misuse

• Do not ask users for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, loans, investments, donations, bank access, payment credentials, financial documents, or transfers outside Sovrin.
• No scams, money laundering, gambling, pyramid schemes, fraudulent fundraising, deceptive promotions, spam, unauthorized advertising, lead generation, account sales, or commercial data harvesting.
• Sovrin subscription fees are paid only to Sovrin or the applicable app store for platform features. Users may not collect a share based on messages, dates, engagement, or sexual content.

6. Technical and platform abuse

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer beyond non-waivable legal rights, probe security, bypass access or rate limits, introduce malware, automate accounts, manipulate ranking, or evade enforcement.
• Do not use Sovrin content or user data to train an AI system, build a competing database, identify anonymous users, or conduct surveillance without written authorization and a lawful basis.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, consumer, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable rights and laws.

7. Reporting, blocking, and emergencies

Use the in-app report and block controls for suspected violations. Provide accurate information and do not weaponize reporting against another user. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then notify Sovrin through support@sovrin.co or the support form.

8. Enforcement and appeals

Sovrin may use automated tools, providers, and human review. Depending on severity, history, risk, and law, we may reduce distribution, remove content, warn, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, reverse platform benefits, or report conduct to providers or authorities. We may act without advance notice where notice would create risk, impede an investigation, or be unlawful.

Where appropriate, you may request review of an enforcement decision at support@sovrin.co. An appeal does not suspend a safety measure while it is reviewed.
